Team includes 10 devices at ₹599/month and adds a small per-device fee (₹49/month, or ₹39 on annual) beyond that, with no hard cap. Enterprise is sized in your custom quote. Device count never pushes you between plans — you move up only when you need a plan's features.
Home and Team run on Zaksha's managed, shared cloud — fast to set up, maintenance-free, with per-device isolation kept logically (each device has its own DNS address and client ID). The shared cloud runs in India (AWS Mumbai region), and all activity data is processed and stored inside it — it never leaves our production environment. Enterprise runs on a dedicated VPS provisioned just for you, giving physical data isolation and longer history retention held on your own instance.
The window you can view is the window we retain. Home keeps a rolling 7 days; Team can extend to 30; Enterprise keeps 30 or 90 days on its own instance. Moving to a longer window extends retention from today and fills in over the next N days — it doesn't bring back history that was already deleted.
Yes. You can move between plans as your needs change, and switch between monthly and annual billing at any renewal. Annual billing saves roughly 20% versus paying monthly.
